Visual Explicitness Ratings describe how hard core the sex in a manga looks. A title may only have 1 sex scene in 8 volumes of story, but still be rated Visual Explicitness 3, based on that one scene. Conversely, a title may be rated Visual Explicitness 1, but there's sex every 20 pages across all 5 volumes. To make note of the these differences, please place a note in the Remarks section of the review form. These ratings are subjective and will vary from reviewer to reviewer.

Note: Chinese publications are frequently are edited to remove explicit material. If your review is based on the Chinese edition, please keep that in mind. If a title already has a visual explicitness rating and a higher rating is later submitted, the higher rating will be used.
