Namonakitori no Tobu Yoake: Innocent Bird

Innocent Bird is about one demon noble (Shirasagi/White Heron) who knows God and refuses to return to Hell and one disillusioned angel (Karasu/Crow) who is sent to Earth to force him home. But the more time Karasu spends about Shirasagi, the more he doubts the order on which his own reality is founded (How can a demon love God? Why would such a demon be rejected in heaven? What really makes angels and demons so different from one another?) and the more he is drawn to love gentle Shirasagi, becoming steadily more obsessesed until he is willing to forsake everything that he is and has to save him. Unfortunately, there isn't much more I can say with giving out spoilers, but there is a violent master in Shirasagi's past and he will do anything to make Shirasagi his again. - reviewed by Brighnasa
