The 'Against the Stream' arc makes up the last five chapters of vol.2 of Saiyuuki Reload. These translations were done from the monthly manga and contain lines- mostly at opening and ending- that were left out of the tankoubon.
The second chapter of vol 2 is the Jiip sidestory Lovely Baby which is translated elsewhere. Note that the Japanese, who have always had problems differentiating between our r and l, call it Lovery Baby in the tank, which is umm appropriate.
